By using eMerket, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Marketplace role

eMerket provides a platform connecting buyers and independent sellers. We facilitate payments and order management but individual sellers are responsible for product descriptions, stock, and fulfillment unless otherwise stated.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure
• Email verification is required for password-based accounts
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Orders & payments

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed through approved payment partners
• Order confirmation is subject to successful payment verification

Seller terms

Sellers must provide accurate listings, honor stated delivery times, and comply with applicable Nigerian laws. eMerket may charge platform fees as disclosed during store registration.

Returns & disputes

Return eligibility depends on product type and seller policy. Contact support or use your dashboard to open return requests where applicable.

Limitation of liability

eMerket is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
